FLTRS does not store your photo or preset data in any form. We do not use your content for training any machine learning models. Any data processed (e.g., selected photos for editing) is temporary and used only to deliver the intended functionality of the app.
The app may offer subscription-based access for premium features. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), such as weekly or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play before the end of the billing cycle. A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription.
FLTRS does not process refunds. All subscription transactions are managed by the App Store or Google Play Store, and refunds are subject to their respective refund policies.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FLTRS. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLTRS, its licensors, and their employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
FLTRS shall not be liable for any infringement arising from content not provided by FLTRS, modifications made by the user, or use in combination with third-party services.
